For growers who collect their product in bins, a bin magazine runs the length of the chassis and holds 5 bins for efficient bin drop-off and loading

Material Handling Systems

OMC Aftershock CC350 - Dual chain conveyor cart

Tow hitch for attaching to a harvester
Jacks, front and rear, for parking and easy hooking/unhooking to equipment
Desticker (optional) – Any sticks deposited into the cart by the harvester get removed by the desticker chain, which also acts as a load distribution device inside the cart body.
Bottom flatwire chain is standard, other options are available based on your product needs.
Powerful, reliable hydraulic motors power the chains independently for optimal control of conveyor speed and product discharge.
Incline chain is flatwire for almonds, and tube-type with different spacing for different products such as walnut (3/4″) or pecan (5/8″).
Cross-conveyor takes the sticks collected by the desticker and deposits them into the stick box
The stick box has an open top and a hatch at the bottom rear. It collects sticks removed by the desticker, and operates hydraulically for easy unloading and cleaning.
The discharge chains are triggered by the push foot. When a shuttle operator presses into the push foot with the shuttle bumper, the cart’s chains start unloading product into the shuttle. This can be done either while stationary or on the move for maximum efficiency.

OMC Aftershock CC525 - Single belt conveyor cart

Towing hitch – attaches to the Catchall X Receiver for harvesting product in bulk
Dual leveling augers to disperse the load throughout the whole cart
Single belt moves product within the cart to the discharge chute (7)
Steerable wheels to improve mobility in tightly-spaced orchards
525 cubic foot capacity
The conveyor is triggered by a push-foot activated by the shuttle driver, which unloads the cart into the shuttle.
Discharge chute works with both side-dump and front-dump shuttles

OMC Aftershock AR-400 - Side-dump shuttle

Air-conditioned and heated cabin for operator performance, comfort, and safety. Standard Hehr safety glass on the front windshield and door further improves driver safety.
Redesigned cab for improved outward visibility
Power rotating operator’s console allows the AR-400 to be driven cab-forward or tank-forward (for loading from a cart)
Front-wheel steering is standard, all-wheel steering is optional
3.8L Cummins Stage V turbo-diesel engine delivers 148 horsepower, allowing the AR-400 to be driven up to 30MPH in both directions
Load sense hydraulic system provides control and durability
Dual leveling augers for distributing the load throughout the tank
440 cubic foot tank capacity
Air ride suspension with articulating rear axle
Load Mode allows the operator finer control over shuttle speed during tank-forward operation for loading from a conveyor cart

OMC Aftershock AR-450 - Front-dump shuttle

Front-dump shuttle door design pairs best with an Aftershock SE-180 or FE-36 front-dump elevator, but will interface with common front dump field elevators.
